The exhibition which was in the Erewash Museum over the summer is now officially on tour. It has been in the Youth Centre in Awsworth. It is currently in Awsworth primary School and it will be moving to different venues in the locality. If you know of somewhere who would like to display the large model showing the plans, then please get in touch with me. Kieran.email@example.com

Six people have expressed an interest in receiving training from Walking for Health. This is a free training opportunity which will enable you to lead walks under the Walking for Health Scheme. The training will be for a full day. We are wanting the Bennerley Viaduct area to be as accessible as possible for all walkers. If you are interested in receiving training, please contact me. Workday Volunteer Training Event. October 8th.
A workday training event will be held on October 8th. A provisional venue has been booked in Ilkeston but as yet the venue is not confirmed. The event is predominantly a classroom based day but with some outdoor practice. The course is designed to provide the necessary training for those who may want to lead work parties of volunteers at some stage in the future. The session will be led by the Sustrans Volunter Programme Manager, Katie Aartse-Tuyn. There is no charge for the training. This would be ideal for anyone who at some future stage may wish to take charge of the organisation of a workday. For booking or further details, contact Kieran on firstname.lastname@example.org
